Like many of these, it's a real blazer and would probably grade MS 65> if submitted for slabbing, we'll see. Jose Marti and the National arms are depicted. Obverse and reverse were designed or engraved by Charles Edward Barber and the pieces were struck in Philadelphia, USA.
