This is a nice example of a neo-classical coin design of Italy from one of the four years these are obtainable. While struck between 1922 and 1935 they were only struck in quantity in 1922, 23, 24 & 28. Vittorio Emanuele III. This is much better in hand and any indication of rub on the photo high points is non-existent. Another great Italian design by Romagnoli.
