OB: NEW STATE BAR - PIRTLEVILLE, - ARIZ: ; Rx: GOOD FOR 5c IN TRADE. This was a bar in Pirtleville, an off-shoot community of Douglas Arizona that still thrives today. Several old adobe buildings still exist there. The New State Bar is listed as in operation in 1913, the year Arizona became a State from a Territory. This token has an 8 mm cut-out and is listed as Rarity R8 in Spooner.
