 | A wonderful 'Millennium' issue. The Liberty cap of old makes a reappearance. Also the current coat-of-arms harkens back to elements of the ACS token (sailing ship) and to the 1847/62/96 issues of setting sun and bird with message. Now a plow has been added. Banner below the flags states: "The Love of Liberty Brought Us Here".Mintage (at this time) is said to be 2,000, I suspect it is probably a lot higher. If so, that would make it quite a scarce 'Morgan"! Toned areas on the cameo regions are lighting effects & are not actually there. This would be considered a 'bullion' issue.
