Antoninus Pius (138 - 161 A.D.), this coin, honoring Moneta on the reverse was issued between 140 - 144 AD. OB: legend ANTONINVS AVG PIVS PP TR P COS III; Rx: personification of the mint "MONETA AVG", she hold her iconic double pan balance scale and cornucopia. It's very much better in hand than this photo shows.
