I acquired this in Germany in the mid-1960's although I cannot attribute this to to a particular mint but I highly suspect it was struck by the German Federal mint (D) in Munich. There appears to be a series of these pure silver pieces but they must have had a really low mintage because you do not see these come up for sale very often.
