This rare variety, not listed except in the complete work of Ma & Ma ("Encyclopedea of Tai Ping Currency"). Lovely example of this 'double rim' variety.
OB: 'Tai Ping Tian guo'; RX: 'Sheng bao'.
Ma & Ma as T118. 31 mm; 8.3 gm, this puts it in the 10 Cash size. I've got another one that appears to be copper, it's 29 mm at 7.9 gm; ask if you want to see it (I'm less sure of it's authenticity).
