175th Anniversary of Tyrolean Revolution featuring Andreas Hofer. So, it appears proof but not a "perfect" one so I'm guessing and hoping this issue is the type referred to in KM's SCWC as 'Special Unc.' The spotting, etc., is really impossible to see in hand, an artifact of photo and lighting.
