Syngman Rhee (April 18, 1875 – July 19, 1965) was a South Korean statesman, the first president of the Provisional Government of the Republic of Korea, and the first president of South Korea. Dated KE 4292 (Korean era = 1959), it was the largest denomination and was withdrawn from circulation 10 June 1962 and melted. Top examples are difficult to find but this one is not too bad with a better than average strike.
